Get to know HER

 Shayna Rene Is a 23 yr. old Philadelphia Native with a passion for fashion and creativity. From a young age Shayna started showing interest in sewing and constructing garments. As she grew older her passion grew. She then attended Delaware State University to study Textile and Apparel Studies as well as Studying Cotton and other natural fibers at Claflin University's Fashion Scholarship program in South Carolina.  In 2011 Shayna Became the manager of a local boutique in the heart of Center City. For 2 years Shayna managed and visually merchandised the boutique until an opportunity bigger than she could imagine arose. With the opportunity at her grasp Shayna Took the offer to design destroyed original denim for the boutique. Given the great response from local customers Shayna decided to take the Denim Movement into her own Hands. Now an independent designer, Shayna focuses her time on building her brand.
